Tickets:
A total of 143,000 tickets will be printed with a maximum of 135,000 tickets available for sale and 7,000 tickets won as prizes in the lottery.*
* Tickets 142,001 through 143,000 will be utilized to replace tickets that are declared void.
Tickets are $50 each, 3-Pack for $100, or 9-Pack for $250. Tickets are printed in sequential order. Guidelines are as follows: one method of payment, only one envelope will be mailed containing tickets to an Ontario address, all 3, or 9 packs must contain the same purchaser's information with up to a maximum of three names and will be mailed to the primary ticket holder (the first name that appears on the ticket). Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. Cheques in excess of $500 must be certified. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for, are eligible to be entered for the draw. In the event of an invalid cheque or credit card, ticket(s) issued will be considered invalid. Please allow a minimum of three weeks for delivery of ticket(s). It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure they have received their ticket(s) before the draws commence. Any change to the ticket buyer's name requires written consent and photo ID of the primary ticket holder. Tickets cannot be reimbursed once draws commence. All draws will take place at the offices of The London Health Sciences Foundation, located at 747 Baseline Road East, London, ON N6C 2R6, with the exception of all draws occurring on June 30, 2011. All draws occurring on June 30, 2011 will take place at the Ultimate Grand Prize Home, 739 Eagletrace Drive, London, ON N6G 0E9.
Draw Dates:
The Early Bonus Draw will take place commencing on May 5, 2011 and continuing on May 6, 2011, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. To be eligible for the Early Bonus Draw, tickets must be purchased by midnight, April 14, 2011. The Early Bird Draw will take place on June 1, 2011, at 8:00 a.m. To be eligible for the Early Bird Draw, tickets must be purchased by midnight, May 10, 2011. The Daily Vacation Draws, Spend It Draws, and Drink It Draws will be made Monday to Friday** from June 1, 2011 until June 29, 2011 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The Pay Day Draws will be made June 2, 9, 16 and 23 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. To be eligible for the Daily Vacation Draws, Spend It Draws, Drink It Draws, Pay Day Draws, Grand Prize Draws and The Ultimate Dream Grand Prize Draw, tickets must be purchased by midnight, May 24, 2011. ** Daily Draws that occur on a holiday and/or weekend will be drawn on the preceding weekday. The order for the Daily Vacation Draws is: Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica, Antigua, Cuba, Mexico, Grand Cayman, Turks & Caicos, Aruba, St Lucia, Mexico, Antigua, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, Barbados, Costa Rica, Mexico, St Lucia, Mexico, Turks & Caicos, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Aruba, Mexico, Grand Cayman, Dominican Republic, and Jamaica. Draws on June 30, 2011 will commence at 8:00 a.m. in the following prize draw order: Daily Vacation Draw - Bahamas, Pay Day Draw, Spend It Draw, Drink It Draw, Grand Prize Draw #1, continuing with remaining Grand Prize Draw categories from highest to lowest value. The Ultimate Dream Grand Prize will be drawn between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
After each draw, the winner is recorded and the ticket number then goes back into the Raffle Drum for every prize category. All 8,246 prizes are drawn from a Raffle Drum.
Draw Control:
Winning tickets will be drawn under the supervision of the Firm Scrimgeour & Company, Chartered Accountant. Records of the Firm of Scrimgeour & Company, Chartered Accountant shall be deemed correct if there is a discrepancy in numbers. Liability of the Foundation shall be limited to the ticket price paid.
Prize Claim:
Prizes will be awarded to the primary ticket holder (the first name that appears on the ticket). Any transfer of prizes must happen independently of the Dream Lottery. Prizes given as awarded, no substitutions except where cash equivalent is specified, and may not be exactly as shown or described. All values stated are retail at the time of tender, they are approximate and include applicable taxes and freight. Vehicle winners are responsible for license and insurance. Availability of vacations cannot be guaranteed until booked. All travel documents satisfactory to the applicable transportation authorities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any changes or special arrangements are to be completed at the time of the initial booking and all related costs, if any, are the responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes may not be exactly as shown. All prizes must be claimed by June 30, 2012. Unclaimed prizes will be reported and a charitable allocation will be approved by the licensing body.
The primary ticket purchaser will be notified by phone and/or mail by the London Health Sciences Foundation as to what they have won and where/how to claim their prize(s). Major prize winners will be published in the London Free Press on Saturday, July 9, 2011.

Contest Guidelines:
Alcohol and Gaming Commission regulations prohibit the following persons and their immediate families residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket: employees of the London Health Sciences Foundation, St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation, Children's Health Foundation, employees of Ernst & Young Chartered Accountant, employees of the Firm Scrimgeour & Company, Chartered Accountant, members of the Board of Directors of London Health Sciences Foundation, St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation, Children's Health Foundation and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to the Lottery.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Ontario.
Winners consent to the release of their name and photograph by licensee for publicity purposes.
