Your Support Means Better Health Care in Your Community!

Hospitals in London collectively serve the needs of well over one million patients from across Southwestern Ontario. In addition to serving London residents, they are referral centres, providing specialized services in support of the excellent care of the region's community hospitals.

Proceeds from the Dream Lottery support St. Joseph's Health Care, London, London Health Sciences Centre, and Children's Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre.

There were no symptoms and no warning… and yet Bob Tucker was slowly going blind. Bob had open angle glaucoma, the second leading cause of blindness in Canada. He then turned his sights to St. Joseph's Ivey Eye Institute where he received a special laser procedure - which in his words changed his vision from black and white television to high definition. Today, his vision is excellent!

Robyn had an Arteriovenous Malformation; a tangle of blood vessels in the brain which can cause severe headaches, bleeding, seizures, and even stroke. The malformation was removed by renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Stephen Lownie in a delicate, 10-hour operation.

"The care at London Health Sciences Centre was amazing; it gave me my life back." - Robyn, Kitchener ON.

Diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma at age 4, Cole's intense treatments have meant some hearing loss, numerous transfusions and countless rounds of chemotherapy. Now 8 years old, Cole warms hearts with his infectious smile! Cole and his family are grateful for the ongoing specialized care at Children's Hospital, London Health Sciences Centre.
